Thanks, and welcome here in the Roku Community, @Chrisco24.

We see that you have been charged for a Channel that is supposed to be free. We're here to help you resolve the issue.

May we know what specific channel you're getting the charges with? When you choose an app that catches your interest, you will encounter a screen displaying various viewing options, such as "free," "free trial," or "paid." For subscription or premium apps that charge monthly or annually, you will need to sign up or authenticate to access the content. On the other hand, if you opt for a free app, you will not be prompted to pay a one-time, monthly, or annual fee. On the contrary, if you did not see the channel subscription under your Roku account, contact the provider directly for further assistance.

You can manage and cancel your activated premium subscription by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com and go to My Subscriptions.
  2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and will not be billed for it.

For more information, visit our website for Featured free channels on your Roku devices.

We hope this helps with your concern.

All the best,
Emman

Hi! @deedra

Glad you're here!

I understand that you have encountered an unexpected charge from Roku on your account. If you have a Roku device, you can cancel the subscription by following these steps:

  1. Highlight the app.
  2. Press the star (*) button.
  3. Select "Manage Subscription."
  4. Choose "Turn off Auto-Renew."

This will prevent future charges on your account. Additionally, You should consider adding a PIN to your account. It’ll help prevent any surprise charges in the future. Here's a link that might help you create a PIN for your account.

Hope this helps!

I think the 94.29 is paramount but why the large  amount .If thats what it cost I cannot afford it. The 23.97 there is no explanation as to why I was charged any money!
