I spent 30 minutes on the phone this morning with your "support" only to be sent THE SAME defunct address originally provided. I've been to USPS and they confirmed the address you've provided DOES NOT EXIST. REPLACE OUR BROKEN PRODUCTS YOU SOLD US!!

I just received a Stream bar and during set up it is stuck in a foreign language and won't let me get to settings to change the language. I have tried the website return process and it doesn't work. What gives?
