Renaming the device does not work on the Roku website.
I tried all of: Safari, Firefox, Chrome on macOS
There is no ad blocking enabled. There is no other kind of firewall or filtering that would be conflicting with this functionality.
Do not tell me to use the mobile app. Do not tell me something worthless, like rebooting the router. Instead, fix your sad, broken down website.

It appears there is a problem with the JavaScript code in the file https://my.roku.com/account/s/1655155450630/runtime/page.js related to the event listener for the Edit buttons.
The net effect is that clicking the Edit buttons throw a JavaScript error.

I was able to determine it was a JavaScript error as well. Maybe we should bill Roku for debugging/consulting.
"Roku Customer Advocacy Team" was helpful and they have notified engineers of the issue, so that it's hopefully fixed soon.
Chat was mostly useless and frustrating, plus you have to select the wrong product just to get chat to load at all.
Thanks for the post.
I have passed along your concerns to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further. Once more information is available, I'll be sure to update this Community thread.
Thanks,
Danny

I have the same problem; no option exists to rename a device. What's the solution?

Since the Website uses AJAX for that update, you may need to ensure your browser doesn't have any glitch interfering.
Does that resolve it?
