As stated elsewhere in the thread, you set the PIN.

Go to https://my.roku.com, log in, and click on the Update button under PIN Preference. Then you enter a PIN on that page.

Set a new one.

Log in to https://my.roku.com and select PIN Preferences. Set it from there.

As @DBDukes mentioned, you can always go to https://my.roku.com and after signing in, select "Pin Preferences". This is where you can update your PIN to a 4-digit numerical code.
