Question about my existing streaming service subscriptions

Jump to solution

I purchased a Roku tv, I see they offer Netflix and Prime. I want to make sure they aren’t charging me for these services, I didn’t give any credit card information only added my internet service. Can they charge me in any other way.

You would have to agree to subscribe and provide them with your credit card for them to do so.  We subscribe to premium channels through their internet websites and sign into them on our Roku.
