peacock keep charging me even without an account , already try checking by amazon, by playstore, by roku subscriptions, but doesn't show my subscription or anything, and they still charging me.

What is the exact wording of the charge description on your bill or bank/chargecard statement?
And yes, i already try from roku active subscriptions, and doesn't appear, i try from peacock account and i cant access because i don't have an active account, and also try from playstore, and amazon prime video, and my tv, but doesn't shows in anyone, the chat support can't do nothing.
So this is either:
I always paid $7.99 for peacock thru Roku. For some reason it ended and wants to charge me for premium. I don’t want premium. I think I changed my debit card recently and it was not mentioned. How can I fix this and go back to my basic peacock? My last payment was September 11.
@Barbay1 I would cancel the Peacock through Roku and then subscribe to Peacock directly from the Peacock site. You will have a choice to choose the $7.99 subscription there. I always subscribe directly so I can use my subscription on any device and I also have only one contact in case of any concern or problem.
