Peacock is not recognizing my subscription through Roku.

I have a Peacock Premium Plus subscription through Roku, but when I log into Peacock through the app or on the web, it says that I'm not subscribed.

I use the same email that is on my Roku account.

Kindly reach out to them directly via our Support page for account billing. The "Account-Billing Support " options are the most helpful in assisting you with that.

Same situation but with Fox Nation. Will follow this for information to correct issue

Same issue and when I try to log in it doesn't recognize my password I have done forgot my password twice and no email from Peacock comes…☑️😪
