If it's under Roku, we highly recommend reaching out to our Account-Billing team, as they will be the ones who can further assist you with your subscription to the app. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You should have the option to talk/chat/email with one of our live experts. Otherwise, directly contact the customer support of the Peacock app for further assistance.
