We appreciate you contacting us for support about the issue with the charges on your account. We'd like to know what channel you are subscribed to and what channels are charged to your account.
Also, please check your Roku account to see what channels link to your Roku account. In addition, if you have more than one Roku device verify that they're linked to the same Roku account by going to Settings->System->About on each device and checking the displayed email address.
