I received a notification from my bank saying I was just charged by Roku,I don't know what for.i signed into my account and after searching for any recent purchases there is none I also couldn't find any subscription's.so according to Roku there was no charge made on my bank card but my bank says there was .I even have a screenshot of the notification.

I understand you're getting a Roku charge in your bank account. Have you checked the email address linked to your Roku device? To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.
For further assistance, please get in touch with our Accounts and Billing team or visit our support page and click "Account, Payments & Subscriptions" to reach them.
You can add a PIN to your account to prevent any future charges.

If you have no matching subscriptions on Roku, you should also check any subscriptions that you may have signed up for independently. If you have none of those, contact your bank and put it in dispute.
