I signed up for MAX and billed through Roku. My email account doesn't show I have any subscriptions. Can someone please help me with a way to cancel my subscription?

Hi, @CharlesSpires74.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for reaching us about having an issue canceling your subscription. We're here to help.

If you're unable to find the subscription on your account, you may need to check the email address associated with your streaming player. To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.

If you're still having an issue canceling your subscription, you may try canceling it through your streaming player.

Here's how:

  1. Press the Home  button  on your Roku remote.
  2. From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Press the Star button  on your remote.
  4. Select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.
  5. To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew. Your subscription will now only be active until the end of its billing cycle.

Where did you sign up - on the website or on your device?  Is it possible that you have more than one Roku account?
