Incorrect Account Charge

I purchased the PayPerView fight tonight to watch on the ESPN app. I made the purchase through Roku Pay. An error message popped up and said the request could not be processed at this time. And my Roku account shows no record of the purchase. However, my debit card was charged and the amount has cleared my checking account. I have chatted with an agent and received no help regarding being refunded for the charge. What do I do now to get a refund??!

Ihad the same issue charged my account 5 times for the fight.
