I have been charged for a subscription that I do not have this is the second month in a row that Roku charged me $7.99 for no reason and I cannot find where or how to get this taken off my credit card that they say has expired on the site anyway.
Hey @choneycutt68
Thanks for sharing your issue with us!
You mentioned that you have an unrecognized charge. I'm here to help. Please check any active subscriptions on your account by visiting my.roku.com. If you can't find the charge in your purchase history. Check the email linked to your Roku device in Settings > System > About. Then, check out this page, Manage or Cancel subscriptions through Roku, for information.
In addition, set a PIN code on your account to prevent unauthorized and accidental purchases. For inquiries, contact our Account and Billing Team by visiting Roku support and clicking "Check Support Options."
Thanks,
The Roku Community Team
@choneycutt68 Is is possible you have set up more than one Roku account? Is the credit card being charged the same card shown in your Roku account? Does the $7.99 charge indicate what it is being charged for other than Roku? From your post I assume you have logged into your Roku account on a computer, is that correct?
