We noticed your concern about your phone number, which you're having trouble changing. Rest assured that we're here to help you sort it out.
Please note that you can only change your phone number by updating your current billing address information on your Roku account. To do that, you may follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Roku account
- Go to Payment methods
- On the Billing Address Information section, select Telephone and change your phone number
- Select Save, and your phone number will be saved.
