@darrellbarber10and @Haleyruth , you can manage subscriptions that you have through Roku by logging into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.  You can't accomplish it here.

We understand that you're having an issue canceling your subscription. We're here to help.

In this case, you may try canceling the subscription through your streaming device.

Here's how:

  1. Press the Home  button  on your Roku remote.
  2. From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Press the Star button  on your remote.
  4. Select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.
  5. To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew.

Log into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About on your Roku device.  You can manage your subscriptions there.  "Roku for Warner Media" (or something like that) is generally how HBO/Max subscriptions show up on your billing statement.
