I recently bought a Roku device from Amazon and they offered 4 weeks Free max with the purchase, but I am not able to find the offer ! I don't know how to use this offer.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?

I haven't heard of that offer. I don't know if Roku is the one making the offer, or if it was the seller. Remember that items on Amazon are not always actually sold by Amazon. They have many 3rd party sellers and you might need to take this question to them. Even if it was Amazon that sold it, they are likely the ones making the offer. I happen to get MAX as part of my cell phone plan, so haven't really paid much attention to offers like that. But I do know I haven't received any such offers directly from Roku.

I searched and found:

It says: “How do I sign up for this offer?

During activation, you’ll see a 4-week offer from Max accept the offer and follow the instructions to redeem by 2/11/24.”

But it also says “to see if you qualify to receive a 27-day free trial…” So maybe if you didn't see an offer, then they didn't think you qualified.  (Just guessing - it says nothing about what to do if something goes wrong.)

The offers are for first time subscribers, that could mean if you own a Roku before, you're not entitled to the offer, or if you subscribed to MAX before you're not entitled to the offer either.

I bought my new Roku stick todayat Walmart, upon setting up it sd  it also sd free MAX for 6 wks but I am unable to get the app to load without subscribing. Any thoughts?
