I have been dealing with this for months. I have an active max subscription and can’t see billing information due to it being billed through Roku. Talked to roku they don’t have any of my emails on file. I don’t have a roku tv either. Talked to max they can’t help. Can’t give me the roku email linked to max subscription. Can’t tell me last four of visa being charged. I just need to have Roku tell me what roku account is linked to my max subscription. Can somebody please help me, Does anyone have their advanced support email or number. I need someone who is higher up to fix this for me
