I'm being billed for HULU which I didn't subscribe too. How do I cancel the subscription? When I go into HULU, it states that I need to enroll for the subscription. I have been billed for Disney + and HULU which I never had access to. I need help removing the subscriptions for these two. I'm being billed for channels I don't have. Thank you.

Make sure you log in with the same email address that shows on your Roku under Settings->System->About

there is no "manage subscription"after i select the star * there are other options but not the one that is necessary to cancel subscription.

If the 'Manage your subscription' option doesn't show up, it means that you do not have an active membership to the channel you selected. You can try doing it from our website by checking the instructions available in the Support link provided by @RokuDanny-R above.

It sounds like your subscription is not through Roku. You need to determine where your subscription was created to cancel.
