I figured my problem out. I had two e-mail addresses, so two accounts.
I am subscribed to a couple different things that I need to cancel, but both the Roku and the other apps are telling me I have no subscriptions and can't cancel. I'm going to get a new card and get rid of all of this can't be resolved.

Thanks for inquiring regarding the cancellation of your subscription. May we know if you're directly subscribed to the content provider or through Roku Pay? If you're directly subscribed through Roku Pay, our billing team would be happy to assist you directly. You can reach them at Accounts and Billing by phone or live chat and choose the option for "Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions.
They will be in a better position to address your specific situation.
