I need to talk to a REAL person about unknown charge each month

I am being charged for Roku for Disney. This was cancelled 3 months ago.

Trying to cancel my NBA package I do not want to be charged for NBA for the month of June

I do not want to be charged for the NBA package up for the month of June. I have canceled my package. Please cancel my package for the month of June.
