Can you still log in at https://my.roku.com ? If so, you can change it there. If you forgot your Roku password and you still have access to that old email, you can use the "forgot password" option. If you can't log in and you don't have access to the old email any longer, you'll probably have to contact account support at https://support.roku.com/contactus .
