I want to cancel my Roku account itself, not a third party subscription though Roku (I have none).

good Evening

I was looking at my subscriptions and realized that I am being charged $59.99 for the Hallmark station twice can you explain why I would be charged twice. I don't understand what is happen with the hallmark account. 

I can be reach by , or back to through here but I would like to understand the charges. Thank you Sheila Layo

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products

You may also visit this support article on what to do if there is a charge you don't recognize

If you're still having trouble recognizing the charge, you can contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll then have the option to call or chat with us.
