Anybody know how to get my paramount+ back working. Says I need to update my payment method which I’ve done but Roku won’t recognize my new card and I also have no subscriptions showing on my Roku account. I’ve also signed up for my Hulu,Disney,and paramount through Hulu now and it still won’t work.

No error messages. The only error message I get is when I try and log not my paramount subscription.

We appreciate you providing us with this information. In this case, you may need to check the email address associated with your streaming device if it is linked to your Roku account. To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.
If you're still having the same issue, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Roku Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.
