Hi, @JS1987.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you reaching us about the unrecognized charge on your account. We'd be happy to help.

Here are the steps to check the subscription on your account:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to Purchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices for Content or Products

If you’re having difficulty understanding what a charge on your invoice is referring to, learn how to identify a charge you do not recognize

We hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if there's anything else we could further assist you.

Thanks,
Reynan

Jodie:

Go to the customer support page on the Roku website, contact us, accounts&subscription and then select the issue concerning that and you will be able to chat or talk with someone regarding your issue.
