How do I talk with a live agent

I have been charged monthly for peacock but have no subscription. Need it to stop peacock can't help because on bank statement it says Roku for peacock. That's 1 issue. 2nd issue paramount plus have a subscription, kid got by accident and now I can't cancel because paramount plus says it's says on bank statement Roku for CBC interactive.  Someone please help me.  I need all these charges to stop, refunded. And trying to find someone live in impossible

Hey everyone,

We get that you’ve been charged for something you didn’t authorize, and we’re here to help.

Here’s how to cancel your subscription:

Online:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to My Subscriptions.
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. That’ll cancel your subscription, and you won’t be billed in the future.
  5. You’ll still have access to the service until your current billing cycle ends.

On your streaming device: Check out this support article to cancel via your device, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

For the charge, our Account and Billing team can help resolve it. Just head over to the Account and Billing Support page, choose Account, payments & subscriptions, and you'll be able to chat or email one of our experts.

As for the charge, our Account and Billing team would be more than willing to resolve it for you. Kindly visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You should then have the option to talk/chat/email with one of our live experts.

@CherylFelder, are you saying that if you log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device you don't see any subscriptions listed?  If you have more than one Roku device (or your ever got rid of one) you may have more that one Roku account, so check the email address on each one and if they're different, check each account online.

I would like to talk about what I am being charged vs what I am supposed to be charged and also paying for subscriptions that are not on my account so i can't terminate them

I have Roku but cannot find any reference to the upcoming Super Bowl. Obviously you aren't airing it, right?  Why do you make it so difficult to manage  or get assistance?

@ChemEngrMBA The Superbowl is on Fox, so you would need either an antenna to pick up your local Fox station or a cable/satellite provider (Comcast, Charter, Directtv) that includes Fox as part of your package or one of the streaming providers that includes Fox as part of a streaming package (Hulu, Sling, etc) or one of the others that could include it for viewing for free (maybe Fubo, Youtube or Tubi).  NFL+ also has it, but that isn't free.   

Since Roku is not a provider, you would need to use one of those services via their respective streaming applications.

I am having the same issue. I have been charged for something I did not subscribe to and I cannot get ahold of anyone. This is ridiculous and I will never subscribe to roku again. They are unprofessional and don't care about who has been charged in the wrong. Thank God I do have a public defender on hand cause it seems as I may need him. I don't care if it is over change, roku needs to do the right thing for there customers or people will leave like myself and they will be no more after sometime.
