Hi, @CherylFelder.

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

We understand that you were charged an amount you did not authorize. We'd be more than happy to assist you with this.

There are two ways to cancel a subscription: via the website and through a streaming device.

To cancel subscription

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to My Subscriptions.
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
  5. After canceling your subscription, you'll continue to have access to it until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription through your streaming device, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

As for the charge, our Account and Billing team would be more than willing to resolve it for you. Kindly visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You should then have the option to talk/chat/email with one of our live experts.

For more information, you can visit this support article: What to do if there is a charge you don't recognize on your Roku account

Hope this helps!

@CherylFelder, are you saying that if you log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device you don't see any subscriptions listed?  If you have more than one Roku device (or your ever got rid of one) you may have more that one Roku account, so check the email address on each one and if they're different, check each account online.
