We're happy to assist you in canceling your subscription.
There are two ways to cancel a subscription, via the website or through your streaming device.
Here are the steps to cancel your subscription via the website:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to My Subscriptions.
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

I have done everything suggested to make my Roku on one of my smart tv’s connect to internet. The tv is connected by wire. It is connected to internet. Everything else in the house is connected to internet. This Roku just suddenly disconnected. I need to talk to a person!!! The number I see online is identified as a scam via my security app. Help!

I have been trying unsuccessfully for weeks now using different support services through roku and got hacked by a forum they changed my password hooked me up with a tech now I don’t even have roku on my home page I am more than frustrated they got into my bank account and tried numerous times to make charges I had to change credit card information it’s been a nightmare I am a older person who’s not that proficient on internet can someone please help me

I guess I never will get my problem fixed after two weeks or more through blogs and forums which got me hacked. Roku must be doing to good to care about the older generation who are not as proficient on the internet what a waste of money and all the aggravation I am on a fixed income this why I went to roku in the first place shame on me I can’t believe I purchased two roku devices for all this bull

I subscribe to up and faith app but I just canceled it but ya’ll charged me 6.41 and I didn’t give permission I would like a refund and it put back in my account by today please
