I have trouble with britbox on Roku

I am and 80year old and since I revised my Visa data, I cannot get Britbox, the Apps is there and when I select it asks me to subscribe, yet tells me I have it trough Roku.

Can someone HELP me

The on line program to change payment method will not accept my card’s expiration date! Tried multiple times!!!

   I keep getting routed to the same failing site!!! Been trying for a week now and cannot speak to anyone!!

@minto, try accessing it through "The Roku Channel" app.
