You don't. The customer service for Roku, is **bleep** or doesn't exist. I tried to setup a remote yesterday and got the code almost 24 hours later ! I needed it yesterday, literally. If I remember correctly they are only good for about an hour, so those codes have already expired as well. CS is so bad if you haven't notice there isn't even an area on the site that mentions how to contact a rep, employee etc. for Roku. ! They already have your money, they don't care what happens after that.
