Roku taking payments but not providing service
I am auto paying Roku for a monthly subscription. Payments are up to date and the account states it. However, the streaming stopped and won’t do anything as it wants me to enroll in an annual subscription. Contacting anyone for support at Roku is impossible.
I want access that I am paying for and there’s an issue but Roku doesn’t give a **bleep** or else they would have a way to resolve it.

@Blobblobblob There is no charge for Roku. When you state "I am auto paying Roku for a monthly subscription." What is the subscription for? What streaming stopped? Everything on your Roku device or just a certain channel? Who is "It" in wants me to subscribe to an annual subscription?
