I had a monthly plan with no issues on HBO Max billed via ROKU, last cycle (ended on the 19th) I decided to switch to an annual plan. Got billed for the 99.99 dlls on the 20th. Roku account says I have an active subscription until Dec 19th 2025. I tried to log into Max today and its telling me I have no subscription active and it's prompting me to renew a subscription via their end. I tried to reset app but I can't cause it says I have an active subscription on Roku's end but its not showing on MAXs end.
Anyone had similar issues? Also logged into Max on my computer and says I don't have an active subscription. Tried signing out and in, tried both MAX's mails I have, tried to add as a provider but woint give me the prompt to use roku as one.
