Customer Service at Roku Sucks
OMG! ROKU support sucks!!!! The website was useless, I was cut off of several chats because ROKU was taking too long to respond and the phone customer service is stupid! Somehow my account and my daughter's account (same last name - different first name) were both billing to my account payment card - she never even put my card info into her account! It took two days to get my card info off her account! How the **bleep** does that even happen. When she goes into her account it is NOT my card info so she couldn't delete it!
So utterly unhelpful and confusing. 3 calls from me and at least one from her before someone could help!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!
