I can’t do this every month because of some scam that charges for channels unless I unsubscribe and it is so hard getting on here and no person to talk to

To reach our support team for these types of concerns, go to support.roku.com. Then look for the Agent Support section on the page, click Check support options, and then go directly to "Accounts, payments, and Subscriptions" to be able to talk to a live agent.

I am trying to contact someone at Roku for assistance. If they do, they work very hard to make sure no one knows about it.
There are really only two options here.
1) Roku has a customer service department ready to answer questions.
2) Roku doesn't give a **bleep** about their customers.
There's no third option.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with Roku customer service?

One of your representatives messed up my account....now I cant access paid subscriptions
The credit card I used when I started is expiring. I have changed the card using the remote and I have done it on my account on line. I keep being billed on the card that is expiring even though I have changed it. I don't want to get disconnected so what do I do. They don't answer a mailed in question and there's no live chat so what do I do?
I have been charged more than once for an account under Roku for Hulu which I canceled but not sure why i got charged twice for 7.99 and I am having trouble even logging in using both of my emails. I am also getting charged for Roku for Peacock TV but cannot figure out how to cancel it or where to login at. I need some assistance asap. Thank you, Lisa.
