Hi, @Kevinck23.

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We are here to help you with the charges on your account that you did not make.

Have you checked the email address associated with your streaming device? To check: Home > Settings > System > About.

Here are the steps to cancel a subscription:

  1. Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions
  2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to manage or cancel subscriptions through Roku
