Free smart home trial subscriptions not showing up in account

I set up my Roku doorbell and outdoor cameras and did the free trials. They don’t show up under my account though. Support is not coming up in the app. Multiple things just don’t load and says failed.

Re: Free smart home trial subscriptions not showing up in account

When I clicked subscription under my account in the app, nothing was coming up. I just looked again while at home connected to my home WiFi, and I am able to see my current trials. I was not aware that I wouldn’t be able to see a live feed of my cameras while away from home. I still get notifications when motion, person, etc is detected, but I am not able to view.

I don't know why you can't view the live feed.  You should be able to view the live feed from anywhere with or without a subscription, so I don't think the subscription has anything to do with the problem.  When you're at home, turn off the Wi-Fi on your phone and see if you can view the live feed using just the cellular network.
