NEWSMAX+ subscription paid

  • I have a paid subscription to NEWSMAX+ and as of this date (11/25/24) I cannot watch it. When I go to the app I get a window to subscribe, if I do that I get another window that says I 'have a subscription' and to contact Roku. Which is almost IMPOSSIBLE 😡 My current subscription was paid on Nov 4, 2024. 

WHATS UP???😡

We appreciate you reaching us about having an issue accessing your subscription. We're here to provide some steps you can try.

Have you tried to check if there is a sign-in button on your screen? Also, if it’s billed through your Roku account, use the username and password that you created for that account to sign in to the app. If you signed up for a subscription directly through the streaming service, you need to sign in with the username and password that you created for that account. 

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to sign in to an app on your Roku device
