- I have a paid subscription to NEWSMAX+ and as of this date (11/25/24) I cannot watch it. When I go to the app I get a window to subscribe, if I do that I get another window that says I 'have a subscription' and to contact Roku. Which is almost IMPOSSIBLE 😡 My current subscription was paid on Nov 4, 2024.

Have you tried to check if there is a sign-in button on your screen? Also, if it’s billed through your Roku account, use the username and password that you created for that account to sign in to the app. If you signed up for a subscription directly through the streaming service, you need to sign in with the username and password that you created for that account.
Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to sign in to an app on your Roku device

I have been trying to sign on to Newsmax without success. Message says sign in code 401. I try to register at sign in prompt but no matter what I try to put it it tells me password already exists!!! I have spent days of my life trying to fix this issue to no avail.

what a way to spend a Friday evening! I tried to sign on on Roku with my password and then it takes me to screen to share my email with Newsmax by creating a password but when I do that it says password already exists! Is there a way to remove app Newsmax and reinstall?
