On August 20, 2023 I 'subscribed' to Paramount+ for a one week trial, using my Roku device. I looked at the channel and cancelled the subscription the next day. I have a confirming email to that effect. I just found out that on the 21st my credit card was billed for 59.99 for Paramount+. I went the support page at Roku.com and found "Contact Us". I have been trying for over an hour to have that page load, but it times out. Anybody have any suggestions on how I can contact support.

I am having problems trying to get a Roku password I don't even want to give my credit card I don't really like this Roku much for what I have ex killing as much better.
@normanb500 To post here you have to be signed into your Roku account. So you have a Roku password. Do you want to change your password? If so go to your Roku account and select update my account and change your password. If you want to remove your credit card go update payment method and scroll to the bottom of the page and select Remove Payment Method.
