HBO subscriptions not showing up

I’m trying to change my HBO subscription. When I log into my HBO account, I get a message that it’s managed by Roku. When I log into Roku I don’t see my HBO subscription. Help.

@aclapsadle I hope you have this solved.  If you do not have it fixed, make sure you are using the same email on the HBO account and the Roku account.  When you say log into Roku do you mean using a computer or phone.  You can not log into Roku on a Roku TV or Roku device.
