Paid for a subscription, but can not watch

I paid for Fox and friends through Roku and the app does not recognize my subscription 

The app states to manage your subscription please go to Roku  account management

I did, and all it has is I want to renew subscription

Where is customer service? And how do I resolve this issue?

If I search for "Fox & Friends" it takes me to "Fox Nation".  There's two ways to access "Fox Nation".  One is through their standalone app and the other is through "The Roku Channel".  Try accessing it through "The Roku Channel".
