Is there anyway to get out of a Roku DirectTV subscription? We did a free trial and had it as ending today Jan 11, but already got charged for it. If someone were to view our streaming activity, they could see we have not used it since we tried out the trial as we have had nothing but issues with accessing content. We kept trying but no luck, and then on the last day of the trial got charged. Is there anyway to get a refund? Thank you!
