Hi @Assine,
Welcome, and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!
We understand that you wanted to cancel your Peacock subscription. We're glad to help.
To cancel subscriptions billed through Roku Pay:
Note: If you're billed directly by a subscription provider, such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and others, your billing relationship is with that provider, and you must contact them directly to cancel that subscription.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
All the best,

Hi, @mm18.
Welcome and thank you for joining us here in the Roku Community!
We would be more than happy to assist you in canceling your Peacock subscription.
To start, have you signed in with the email linked to your device? If not, follow these steps to check the email address on your streaming device: Home > Settings > System > About.
Furthermore, if your subscription is listed on a credit, debit, or another financial statement but does not appear in your Roku purchase history, it suggests that it may have been made directly through the channel provider rather than via Roku. If this is the situation, you will have to get in touch with Peacock Support directly for help with your subscription bill.
You may also visit this support article on how to view your Roku purchase history and charges to your account
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Reynan

Peacock does not show up under my subscriptions because I signed up using my son's Roku box. Now I can't cancel the subscription, but I am being charged for it every month. I tried cancelling through Peacock, but they require I do it through Roku, and that is not working. Please help.
@marypass, check the email address on your son's device that's displayed under Settings->System->About (or ask your son to do it). That's the account you'll want to use to log in at https://my.roku.com. The subscription should be listed there where you can cancel it.
Friday July 26 10 AM - My peacock app does not work. I subscribed to watch the olympics. The Roku ‘solution’ does not work. For 3 weeks people have been telling the Roku support moderator the app does not work, but they haven’t fixed the problem, they don’t warn prospective buyers, and they keep selling the app at $7.99 month. There is no recourse and no refund. Selling a defective product without a refund seems fraudulent?
@JBond007 My Peacock app is working fine. What is the Roku solution that does not work?
@JBond007 It appears from another post that you made that you are subscribed to Peacock through Roku. Have you tried to access Peacock through the Roku channel instead of the Peacock app?
Hi thanks; yes, I found a solution. I had to sign out of my peacock account under my profile on the tv (accessed via roku) and then I signed in again. At that point the peacock app recognized my recent subscription crested via my.roku.com and I was able to access peacock programs and watch the olympics. So - use peacock app, sign out of profile, sign in again, all fixed.
It all depends on who you signed up your subscription with.
I had same issue but I originally started my subscription through my gmail account but linked it with my Roku device.
You are only able to stop subscribing with the first place you started with. OR best of luck taking to a real person at a peacock link.
Best of Luck to anyone having this issue
The problem is if you use someone else’s Roku box to subscribe to Peacock and they aren’t able to help you access their Roku account to cancel Peacock you have no way to do it. I had no choice but to stop payment for Peacock on my charge card. It should not be this hard.
