To start, have you signed in with the email linked to your device? If not, follow these steps to check the email address on your streaming device: Home > Settings > System > About.
Furthermore, if your subscription is listed on a credit, debit, or another financial statement but does not appear in your Roku purchase history, it suggests that it may have been made directly through the channel provider rather than via Roku. If this is the situation, you will have to get in touch with Peacock Support directly for help with your subscription bill.

This does NOT work. Peacock says it's billed through Roku, Roku says there are no subscriptions. Please provide an ACTUAL WORKING solution
@Kgibson Since Peacock is indicating it is billed through Roku, is it possible you have two different Roku accounts. No one here can provide an ACTUAL WORKING solution unless YOU know who YOU purchased the subscription from. When you say that Roku says there are no subscriptions did you login to your account on a computer using the email listed on the Roku device the Peacock app is on?
Didn't mean to charge this
If it is a possibility that the user has 2 Roku accounts, why doesn't Roku advise them of that. Why would their system allow 2 accounts? I now have 2 Paramount accounts through Roku, because the first one wouldn't let me get into Paramount, so I had to subscribe again to get service. I didn't try to call because I didn't have 2 hours to try to get someone on the phone since it's pretty much impossible.

Peacock said I have to cancel with ruku . RUKU pays on peacock subscription. Ruku dosent show Peacock subscription

I have tried many times but it never says cancel at all on the web site it direct you to it says I don't have a account with eith peacock or CBS which I have never even watched they both are 8.95 PC I need that in my bank account every month bc now it's adding up
