Can’t cancel Hulu subscription, free trial

To manage your subscription, you can visit our official Roku website and sign in to your Roku account to manage your subscriptions. When you see the "My Subscription" page, you will find all your channel subscriptions billed by Roku, along with each subscription's terms, status, and renewal date.
For reference and further information, kindly visit our Support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription.
In addition, if you wish to have instant assistance, our Account and Billing team would be more than happy to sort this out for you. With this being said, kindly visit our official Support website and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You will then have the option to talk, chat, or email one of our live experts.

@Shacks1, did you subscribe directly with Hulu or through Roku? If through Hulu, you'd cancel on their website. If through Roku, you should be able to cancel the subscription by logging into https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About and choosing "My subscriptions". You can also manage your subscription right on your Roku device by highlighting the Hulu icon on your Home Screen, pressing * on your remote, and choosing "Manage subscription". If that option doesn't appear, your subscription isn't through Roku.
