Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help if you need assistance canceling your Peacock subscription.
Ensure that you sign in with the email address associated with your streaming device. To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.
There are two ways to cancel a subscription, via the website and through your streaming device. Here are the steps to cancel a subscription via the website:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to My Subscriptions.
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
