Can't access customer support

How do I access customer support for account issues.  I have tried https://support.roku.com/contactus. dozens of times, but never get a connection.  I've tried with both Chrome and IE - no luck.  What is the secret to getting customer support???

We understand you are having difficulties reaching our Support page and we apologized for the inconvenience this has caused.

We also suggest trying logging in from another device or clearing the cache so you're able to send requests to our Account-billing team on the Roku Support page.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
