It sounds like you're having trouble canceling your HBO subscription through the app. Let me assist you in canceling it directly through your Roku. Here's how:
- Go to Home
- Highlight the HBO app
- Press the star (*) button on your remote.
- Manage subscription
- Turn off Auto-renew.
