Hyperdi, if you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP does "all the suggestions" include ensuring your wireless mode is set to b/g/n? For Comcast/Xfinity:

My roku was working on Friday and ever since than it won’t connect to the internet /WiFi. I have followed the steps on the roku thousands of times to resetting the roku to resetting my router. Which neither of that worked, than to resetting my factory reset which deletes everything I have to like restarting my roku like the first time but with the only problem is now I can’t get pass the wifi setup after selecting English to setting up the WiFi connection and it still won’t connect to the internet/WiFi connection when my wifi is at excellent connection. My phone, tv, and other Devices are connected to my wifi, and I still can not get my roku to connect

I am having the same issue. I have 2 Roku Express that stopped working on the same day. My Roku Ultra is working fine. I have restarted the router multiple times. Put the Roku back to factory settings and I still can’t connect to WiFi. The Software version is 10.0.0 build 4209. Model 3930x

Jkornacki , if you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP go into your router settings and change the wireless mode from g/n to b/g/n. It has also been reported that if you have Xfinity you can use their app to forget the Roku devices and then reconnect them from Settings->Network on your Roku.

Thank you for this suggestion. I called Xfinity and they were able to adjust my router settings and now both Rokus are up and running.

Just had this happen after a power surge from a major storm. After searching and searching for a solution, we found a video that helped.
unplug the roku from electrical outlet. Insert toothpick or paper clip into the very tiny reset slot on back of roku next to the power cord slot. Hold that paper clip and press for reset while at the same time reconnecting the power cord right next to it. Hold that reset for at least 10 seconds. This was a two person job for us. One holding the reset and one reconnecting the power.
hope this helps. Worked for us after wasting many hours trying to reconnect. - crimson869Newbie
Factory reset. Reset connections and roku and router. All other devices in house work fine

Mine recently started doing the same thing. Thank you for posting this. It was working fine for almost a year.

I have the exact thing happening with both my express and premiere… both stopped the same day… and I’ve done all of the above… multiple times!!! Signal strength is topped out, router was reset multiple times, factory resets abroad… and no matter how many times I enter my router, they fail to connect….

I have restarted my router multiple times and my roku. I did a factory reset twice and nothing. It wont connect to the internet. My roku TVs wills but not my thing that comes in a box from Walmart. I have been having issues with it staying connected, now it wont connect at all. This is **bleep**. It needs to be fixed.

Ellishouse , if you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP ensure your wireless mode is set to b/g/n and not g/n. For Comcast/Xfinity:
