Roku Indoor Camera SE won't Factory Reset
I have an inside roku SE that will not factory reset. During the initial install, it would not update. Wifi is great and at recommended 2.4. I’ve held the setup button for 30 seconds and it will not reset. The camera only has a solid red light that shows the power source is connected. It will absolutely not do anything else. I’ve unplugged it, reset wifi, done all the things suggested. There’s no wrong way to press the setup button either.1.5KViews3likes18CommentsWireless Doorbell Black Screen Video
We are having the same exact problem. We purchased the wireless Roku doorbell camera and was very excited and pleased about how easy it was to set up and was working great for about two weeks then all of the sudden it starts messing up. Someone comes to the door it works and you can see them for a few seconds then it goes black and when we jiust want to check on the house on the app sometimes it will show live feed but most of the tine it is a black screen. We can hear the background noises but can't see anything at all. Very very disappointed. We have reset devices, wifi, phones, app, still not working right. I am the one that picked this camera over Ring so I feel bad that I picked this at all.Solved1.2KViews0likes1CommentCamera app Error “Unable to connect to this camera. Press OK to try again”
I am having the same issue using a Roku Ultra on version 14.5.4 build 5934 and Roku Cameras app on version 3.5 build 126. I am able to see thumbnails and recorded events from either of my two cameras but cannot see them live. They attempt to connect but fail after 20 seconds (“Unable to connect to this camera. Press OK to try again”). These cameras are in a different location (1500 miles away) and worked from the Onn Roku TV at that location. The Roku Smart Home app on my phone also shows both cameras just fine.1KViews0likes15CommentsGetting" Something went wrong" error
I'm getting the same "something went wrong please try again" when I try to open the app from my phone I only use and view my cameras from my phone - we have 7 cameras, I need to view these often! I'm frustrated about this ridiculous "something went wrong" after repeated getting "app needs permission" on my outdoor cameras despite giving FULL PERMISSIONS, these cameras and system is starting to get ridiculous with all the error issues And no I should not have to restart uninstall reset cameras as often as I am getting issues Should have went with something else!852Views0likes0CommentsRoku Camera Indoor 360 power issue
My indoor 360 just stopped working. No power. I probably had it for about 1 year. The indoor camera is glitching. Badly. I have had to send back two or three cameras because of your poor products. I have the camera professional that setting up these cameras because of this nonsense. Are you going to replace my cameras or not? If not I will go to ring I know it cost more but I'm tired of this .662Views0likes0Comments
