Indoor wired cameras won’t reset

I can’t get my indoor cameras to reset and I have done it a few times before

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you contacting us about resetting your Roku Indoor wired camera. We're here to help you with the process and ensure everything is set up correctly. Let's get started!

A factory reset disconnects your Roku Smart Home device from Wi-Fi and restores factory default settings.

Before you begin, familiarize yourself with the location of the status light and the setup button. If you have a floodlight camera, you need to lift the camera from the motion sensor to access the setup button.

For indoor camera models supporting a micro SD card, remove the storage device before performing a factory reset.

    1. Plug in your camera if not already powered on
    2. Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds
    3. Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart

After a successful reset, you will see a blue pulsing status light on your camera. If you are troubleshooting and need to set up your camera again, refer to the following articles.
