    Roku Camera quit recording

Hi Jess, I think I’m having a very similar situation to yours. My camera flood die worked fine for two weeks when it was under the trial period. When the trial period expired the camera quit recording events so I signed up for a subscription, even though I haven’t now have a subscription. My camera still does not work. I worked with support for over an hour yesterday and they couldn’t figure it out now. I’ve reviewed all the threads on here. I can find too. I’m just curious if your situation is the same as far as the trial period expiring. thanks, kevin

    The camera not sending notifications

Hi My camera stopped sending notifications, I've checked both the app and my phone for notifications settings they are all on. I've un-installed and reinstalled the app. I've updated my phone. I've factory reset the camera. Nothing is working. I've done all the things I found from other threads but I'm just not getting notifications when I was last night. It is still recording them in the app but I'm not getting notifications.

"Battery is low," error message on the Roku Wireless outdoor camera

My wireless outdoor camera that I purchased a few months ago randomly stopped charging as well even after trying different cords and charging blocks, which was the only solution Roku could come up with even though I obviously had already tried that. I have an older wireless one that I purchased over a year ago but that charges just fine so I don’t think it’s an issue with the firmware although when I try to update that, it gives me an error that the battery is too low so I don’t know. Hopefully, it’s still under warranty.

Roku Indoor Camera SE won't Factory Reset

I have an inside roku SE that will not factory reset. During the initial install, it would not update. Wifi is great and at recommended 2.4. I’ve held the setup button for 30 seconds and it will not reset. The camera only has a solid red light that shows the power source is connected. It will absolutely not do anything else. I’ve unplugged it, reset wifi, done all the things suggested. There’s no wrong way to press the setup button either.

Wired video doorbell/Chime SE not connecting to app

I have had the wired video doorbell/chime for a few months, and it used to work with no issues. One day, it said it couldn't connect to the network in the app, so I followed the steps of a hard reset along with restarting the router and modem. I tried multiple troubleshooting techniques, but the reset always fails when reaching the step where it should connect to the network. Also, I have 2 other Roku Smart Home devices that work totally fine so I believe this is a device issue rather than an internet problem. It is now totally disconnected from the app, and the doorbell function doesn't work either. Attached is an image of when it fails. Any help is appreciated.

Outdoor Battery Camera won't give a live feed

I bought the doorbell camera and the outdoor battery Camera. The doorbell works just fine but the outdoor camera doesn't. It won't give live feed. It gives me a -20 error. But it will record video when it detects movement. I have done everything it says to do and still nothing.

    Cracked Roku Doorbell

My doorbell is cracked after I just opened it but I sadly already got rid of the box and everything and I can’t even see anything besides a black screen on my Roku home app

Indoor Camera SE won't power on

I've had an outdoor wired camera for 5 mos. It powered off and now cannot get it to stay on. When i try to power it on, red light comes on few seconds then a blue light just for no more than 2 seconds - then nothing. Tried reset. Did not work. Unable to use camera after just 5 mos - that is not acceptable.

Camera app Error “Unable to connect to this camera. Press OK to try again”

I am having the same issue using a Roku Ultra on version 14.5.4 build 5934 and Roku Cameras app on version 3.5 build 126. I am able to see thumbnails and recorded events from either of my two cameras but cannot see them live. They attempt to connect but fail after 20 seconds (“Unable to connect to this camera. Press OK to try again”). These cameras are in a different location (1500 miles away) and worked from the Onn Roku TV at that location. The Roku Smart Home app on my phone also shows both cameras just fine.
